I made a downpayment to them for a website. They said I would save $5,000 to $10,000 on income taxes. I got my contract 5 weeks later. The contract had a $7,500 promissory note they never told me about. My lawyer said not to sign contract.
I did not sign contract. They said I would have fax them to cancel my agreement, which I did. I talked to conflict resolution person once. He said he would check tape. I kept calling to him but he never called back the same day. I called last week and he has no voice mail so I cannot record any messages to him. I would like my downpayment and income tax preparation fee back. They have not given me any goods or service.
