state here.
1. Whitney has resigned from the Board of Directors, after being removed as CEO some time ago.
2. The Rich Global LLC component of Rich Dad Education LLC (RDE) filed a Notice of Default aginst RDE on 03/30/09 claiming various breaches, including failure to pay certain royalites. The claim is specified to be
between 8-10 million USD (dollars). Kiosaki owns 49% and Whitney 51% of RDE. Basically, Whitney licensed Kiosaki's name, for a price, and owes him money that he has not paid him.
WIN has spent many millions defending these US Government investigations, with no end in sight, as stated in their recent 10K SEC filing.
Win revenue dropped SUBSTANTIALLY between 2007 and 2008 according to their filing. They has several hundred BBB complaints, an "F" rating. The significant complaint is unresolved refunds and failure to provide services as per contract.
Kiosaki is in this up to his beltline, due to his partnership with WIN in the formation of RDE, so don't EVEN think he is clear of blame.
Look, people, this is only a very small bit of info on these 2 reperbates. WIN's current objective, according to their own documentation, is to continue to partner with 'celebrities' (Montel Williams, Ken / Daria Dolen)
and promote 'financial independence' and the like. Whitney has been a shill for the the likes of 'financial Gurus' past, and is forming alliances with whoever will buy his idea going forward.

I was a guest of one of his recent victims, and went to one of his 3 day scamfest cattlecalls. I've read every post on this topic here, and you darn well better believe every word posted. This is without a doubt the
most efficient process of manipulation ever devised.
Opinion: Kiosaki will part ways with this clown very soon. Robert doesn't need the bad rep, and wants his money from Whitney. As for Robert, he's sold out, gotten lazy and greedy. That's why he hopped into bed
with this circus clown Whitney.
Advise: Want to be financially independent? First, learn to tell the difference between the truth and a lie. Then, put your money on the truth. Then, be ready to really work at it. For years. That's how winning is done. Ask
