My brother told me about this web site after I moved to California where it's cheaper to buy marijuana than regular tobacco. I thought it was amazing! I placed my first order in November. I paid with my ATM card and my order was here as promised within a week. I placed my second order in December of paid the same way and got the same excellent service. Atd any time I could access my account history and check on current or past orders. It was always correct and up to date. My third and I almost said final order was placed on Feburary 27.

I can't say it was my final order, because since that date, it has been re-ordered, then replaced and then by phone, I spoke with Elisha Gray, who personally assured me she was re-ordering my re-order. This was on my birthday, March 8th& Guess What? I didn't get any cigarettes for my birhday, just another line of crap.

Within 7 days my bank account was debited, then credited, then debited again. We finally just said forget it and give us our money back. Guess Again! They don't have that capability at this time. They did it once, but can't do it now. They offered to put us on "the list" of people who want their money back, but can't say when that will be.

We have heard the excuses - 1-Your order was lost 2-We had a major computer crash 3-We are under new management and you will have to seek restitution from the old management (who is also the new management) 4-We can't verify your payment so I gave Vickie my banks phone# She immediately called them and verified it was paid long ago and assured me they had my order and it would be shipped the following monday. Excuse #5 came from Rebecca, apoligizing for the inconvenience. NONE of these people smoke obviously or they would't call it and inconvience.

The last excuse was from Sasha, now the shipping department is in the midst of resolving some very serious problems they encountered—probably having to deal with the imcompetent, dishonest and totally unprofessional people they work with!!!

Don't waste your time or money with these jerks!
