On January 26, almost three months ago, I mailed a check for $20.98 to Tristar for the Pasta Pot "Special" advertised in one of our local newspaper inserts.
It is now almost three months and I have never received the merchandise, although the check has been cashed.
I am so glad I happened upon this website and read how others have been ripped off also. Tomorrow I will begin my legalities to either get my money refunded or my merchandise.
