I ordered 2 pair of slippers on 1/27/03 from an ad leaflet in our local newspaper. As of 4/3/03 I have not received the products. I emailed customer service to inquire as to the status of my order. They said they could not find the order number but had since received my payment. I wrote another letter today and then started looking around on the internet - that's when I found this site.
