I originaly spoke to Alex Nuckle in October. He informed me that he was the owner of the company, and wanted to sell me ten locations for $13,500, which I refused, thankfuly. Alex continued to call me and we finally settled on a price of $4,150.00, which included three displays, 10 guaranteed pre-sold locations, $1,000 worth of phone cards, and 17 pre-paid master cards, and guaranteed income of atleast $750.00 per week, and that I would be making money with in a month. On November 21 Alex sent FedEx, to pick up my check.

It took about four weeks and many phone calls, for me to receive my phone cards, and master cards, and another week, before my locator Fran Hernandez to contacted me. It was still another two weeks before we receied the displays, and one of them was broken.

Fran said she would give us all the locations I could handle, more than the original 10 guarenteed pre-sold locations I agreed to if I wanted. Of the four or five locations Fran sent me to none of them were pre-sold as promised, I had to try to sell the locations my-self, and only one of them agreed to sell the cards, and since December 12, the location has sold mabey 12 cards.

In the begining of January we called Fran numerous times trying to find out if she had any locations for us, and would always get the same answer, she was working on the file. Finally we called and told her we wanted our money back. She informed us that she could not due that and transfferd us to Jason in customers service. We told him that we wanted our money back, because Tele King had not lived up to its promises and we were dissatisfied, he became very rude and defensive, at which point I demanded to speak with a spervisor, and was transferred to Xavier. I again explained that we were not satisfied and wanted our money back, because of all the broken promises. Xavier also informed me that they would not refund my money, but he would assign us a new locator, right away.

Well needless to say it was another three weeks before we heard from our new locator Lee Smallwood, who made the same promises as Fran, with the guarantee that all the locations would be pre-sold, because he is a better sales person. Lee sent us to three locations, a convience store, a deli, and a motel all on February, 12. The deli and motel only wanted information about the cards, the same information Tele King is supposed to give them when they sell the location. The store said no to the cards, because of the hidden fees, experation of the cards, and the fact he had other cards with better rates, that didn't expire. It was another two weeks before we heard from Lee again, no doubt the only reason he picked up the phone was because we were demanding to speak to either him or a supervisor. When Lee finally got on the phone he informed us that the reason we had not heard from him for two weeks, was 1. Because of the weather and 2. Because other distributors in the area had taken two weeks off so he figured we did to, and that was the last we heard from Lee.

Once again we were transfered to a new locator. It took another week before we heard from Her. On March 3 Xiomara Costa. To date we have had one conversation, with Xiomara, at which time she told us she would not be able to beging working on our file till the following week. Today is April 2, we have called her several times a day, to find out what is going on, and always got the same thing, put on hold for 5 min. Only to be told she was not in, not at her desk, on the phone, ect.

We have tried to contact, Xaiver, Frank Schreiber, Alex Nuckel, or any other supervisor, and get told no one is available, there not in yet, or they are in a meeting, every time I call.

This is the worst company I have ever delt with, the only thing I have gotten from them is broken promises, unfufilled guaranties, and a lot of aggrivation.

We have filed a claim with the BBB in S. Florida on March 3 and to date have not heard anything from them.

Now the only thing I want is to get my money refunded, and to get this company shut down, so that no more people will be scamed by these con artists.
