I'm giving forth this criticism about GCU (Grand Canyon University) that will be said to be a Religious school. I'd been attempting to attend college at GCU since Dec. 2007. I posted the paperwork and did my educational funding documents. I waited and waited for that educational funding division to make contact with me; plus they never did. And so I turned suspscious after replacing my educational funding online.
After I'd observed that GCU had my educational funding documents for weeks, I named them to determine that which was happening. A representative title Ben had gotten really rude with me. He mentioned it had been my responisibility to get hold of them concerning the educational funding. Today I am a brand new student; not really a repeat student. This have been five weeks by that point; and that I understood I really could've started at GCU since May.
I kept calling and calling and held talking to Ben who'd declined to permit me to consult with the top educational funding in this instance was/is Tim Fisher. After talking to two additional reps, I had been informed to deliver a contact of my criticism. I'd delivered many issues. Mr Fischer I talked with about the phone; had explained when I needed to go to GCU and he apologized to contact him straight. Well this finished being a rest. I'd many more problems/dilemmas to occur using the educational funding division, and that I named Mr. Fischer and delivered him numerous emails with no call-back or reaction.
I tried to contact Mr. Eagan and wound up talking to Ben and Valerie who're associates of GCU; and started the procedure once again. After obtaining a contact address and immediate quantity for Mr. Eagan who's the supervisor of GCU; on the other hand no reaction whatsoever. Neither Mr. Eagan, Mr. Fischer worried to contact me. Therefore November I published towards the leader of GCU whose title is Dr. Kathy Participant, and he or she never bothered to react back again to my notice. After roughly per month & a half, I obtained a notice from Mr. Fischer declaring he desired to perform a conference call. What exactly Dr. Kathy Participant did was handed my notice back again to the main one who lied and that I had the issue/concern with to start with.
I sent Mr. Fischer a contact saying my period was lost coping with GCU and just how badly a Christian College is approximately the client support I obtained for weeks. I needed my finanical problems to be fixed. Around this evening, my scenario was not resolved. I did so created an effort to contact Mr. Fischer who as previously is never at work. I suppose Dr. Participant is what she's a person.
Exceptionally bad service in a Christian College, how unfortunate. This criticism might get longer. I've every mail and paperwork of the lengthy problems I've been through for that previous year and some times with GCU.
