Took money/no delivery

I ordered the art course and my credit card was charged. After waiting a month for delivery, I became suspicious. An internet search points to a total scam. All contact information by phone, email, internet was bogus.By all reports, if I had received the course, it would have been worthless.

I have filed a report with NV Attorney General for fraud.
