I am a former Manager at this school where I witnessed first hand very deceptive business practices in Admissions. I constantly had students and graduates complain to me that they were mislead by their Admissions Director, staff and president.
For example, students enrolling in the 6 month Medical Insurance Billing and Coding program would be told that upon graduation, they would be able to make $20.00/hr working from home. Also, on more than one occassion, a student who had been dropped that was trying to re-enter the Medical Administrative Assisting program would be told by admissions that their program was full (when it wasnt) and that they had to enroll in the Medical Assisting program (even though the student was afraid of needles) so that Admissions could have another head count.
This school would also enroll felons into the Massage Therapy program without advising them to call the Licensing Board to see if they would have a chance at working in the field after spending over 15K and almost a year of their life in school. When I my staff of I would be honest with students, we would be reprimanded and retaliated against by the then Director of Admissions, President and corporate Human Resources.
I quit!
