Ripoff consumer fraud ripoff

Monstr.com has charged my creditdcard for USD 39,99 02-03

I don't know them, never asked for a membership and have no Idea of which side I am a member of now.

The credit-card pay-bill mentions the number: 8008978063 and the name: LOD

This is all teh information I have for you.

I hope yo can help me or give me further information so I
get rid of this payment/charge.
