I was spring cleaning & found my $85 in Cityspree certificates that I was unable to use in 2001 & decided to see if anything was on the web about them & here I am!
To their credit, I was able to use several I had purchased before & it was well worth it! However, when I factor in these useless ones, I really didn't get that great of a deal.
Hopefully, someone will find a way to make them pay!
