On Feb. 27th my bank statement contained a charge of $79.95, auto-withdrawled by a company called Consumerinfo a.K.A. CIC credit monitoring. I had 2 days prior filled out an offer for a "FREE" credit report from same company! I not only am demanding a refund of my money but am strongly suggesting that the CEO of said company look the word "FREE" up in his Webster's dictionary!
My prediction for this company's survival is "slim to none" if they do not make right the wrong they have done to many internet users and then refrain from this act of "fraud" henceforth! I will be contacting both the State Attorney, Consumer affairs Division" and the BBB of this Company's Home based state and make formal complaints!
