I ordered pasta pots from this company by phone due to thier infomercial on tv about two months ago. They were paid according to my bank statement wery quickly. I recieved the large pot a week ago.
I did not recieve my bonus items i paid for. I cannot e-mail the company because a message pops up and say's the address is to long. I shortened it every way i knew how but to no avail.
I will write to them next and see if that works. Cannot get them by phone. I'm tired of dealing with this! There isn't much else to do except write this report. Thankyou
