About a month ago I filled out a free credit report on-line and now a month later I have been charged $79.95 for a service I didn't use.
I did not know that there was an automatic renewel for this service and was extremely upset when I saw this charge on my statement.
Nowhere on the form I filled out did it say that there was an automatic renewal.
I plan on emailing the company and telling my bank to reverse the charge and not to accept any more debits from this company.
