After signing up with Ameriplan USA. I soon found out that plan was a ripoff. All the things they quoted in there ads were false. Doctors, pharmacies and dentist completely ignored it.
After a short try out. I soon decided to cancell and called the company and asked to be cancelled. They told me I could not cancel over the phone that I would have to go to a stop membership website on the internet.
After going to the stop membership site and requesting to be cancelled. I am still being billed on my credit after 10 months. They refuse to give any assistance over the phone and will not give me any help at the Website. They refuse to answer any Email that I have sent.
I think i should be compensates for all the payments the beat me out of. How can you deal with a company who refuses to cooperate?
