Donal Cowen
Rip-off deceptive company

Donald Cowen, his wife an myself went in as partners in a real estate deal. He and his wife agreed to manage this property honestly. I have not seen any profit from this property. I have left mesages with Mr. Cowens' business office. I have requested to view all records from the property such as rental agreements, names and phone number of tenants, receipts for any
repairs ect.

I cannot get a straight forward answere from Mr.
Cowen or his wife. Today I received a registered letter from the Cowens'. It stated that they had hired an appraiser to work for them and that they (the Cowens) want to buy my interest in the property. I have never given them permission to hire any appraiser. I hold the major interest on the property. I do not want to retain an attorney if it is not necessary. However, I want all of the facts.

I know the property value. I have had this property for four years.

I have become extremely frustrated. Please advise. Thank
you.
