I signed up for an internet MBA course in September '08. Our $175 gentle-address advertising guide was neglect-delivered twice therefore it was ostensibly dropped in-transit for 3 months before it really came. From the period this over priced guide came I chose to fall the course and so I delivered it back and was informed it was "broken" despite the fact that I'd never applied it! Today they wont provide me a refund as well as their customer support supervisor, Ebony G., is preventing my emails and telephone calls to be able to prevent providing me a return. - Jason
