On January 26 I Naomi was checking my bank account and I noticed a charge that I did not know were it came from. It hadnt hit my account completly yet so I couldnt find out what it was for.
On January 28 at about 5:00 am I checked my account and a $96.00 charged was on my account I did not know were it came from or what it was for so I talked to a customer representative and she told me that it was a charge from MWI essentials.
At this point I was confused because I had never even heard of this company before so I asked the rep if she had any info on the company she said she had a phone number. I got the phone number from her and called.
I got an automated answering service that had two options one to cancel my subscription and one to get a $40.00 certificate. I was not able to find out any info on the company and am very upset them taking my money without my permission is going to cause me problems.
