The company used sewsmart —sew pro—offering portable sew machine w/other "free" offers just plus s/h—the quoted cost on t.V. Ad was $14.95 but escalated to $39.95 s/h on the "free" items—after quite some time i brought up sewpro.com on internet and they disclaimed any connection w/t.V. Ad&i believe my order using the 800 # on t.V. Offer was late nov.
I called that 800 # mid-dec. And was informed i would rec. The sew machine on dec. 31st—the pkg. Arrived jan. 19th¬ the machine shown on t.V. Offer and there was no bill of sale or pricing w/the item i will call my bank to check if i'd been billed for item—i don't want the misrepresentation mailed and will return it after i check charge to my acct. And file a dispute claim—it's shocking that these scams can be so successfully executed via false t.V. Ads esp. When you give them your credit card info. Can you offer any other assistance???
