My husband ordered some perfume to the tune of $91.00 for me for Christmas on Dec 14th. They charged our card the same day of the order. It is now January 18th, and not a word from them. The matter has now been turned over to our Credit Card Company.
After notifying them I was going to persue legal action, I can no longer access the order tracking page that verified our order. Nor do they respond to emails or faxes.
