Charged for a program and willn't return money, ask about it and change the return date connecticut

In june i bought "keys to the vault" i already had it so i returned it on 7/21/08 that very day i recieved notice my account was charged, i sent a requst as to why. We didn't get the program back they said, so i sent tracking #, he returns and said 15 days from the date of the email. That date was 14day after i sent back the programand i am still waiting for the funds. Still waiting and the emails have not helped for me! I should have learned my lesson the first time i had so much trouble with them in returning my funds. Ifeel that there is enough to start a law suit
