I purchased a silver bomber for my kids on 12/17/02 as a
Christmas gift. And when they opened the box the front wheel is broken. The enclosed instructions tell you to contact the company instead of returning to the store of purchase, so i tried but never got a representitive always prompt to leave name and number but always to full to leave message.
So i tried to resolve the problem by contacting the store of purchase and they said they don, t have them any more and i need to contact the company for assistance. I even tried to contact them on at their email address and it doesn't exist. I finally tried calling information to see if they have another number i can reach them at. I was given another number 1-888-889-4885 so i called and was only able to leave a message.
I am really trying to resolve this problem because my (5) children have waited very long for one of these things and now they are very disappointed. I've even tried to find another kind and they are all sold out. How would you feel if you got a gift you really wanted and you can't use or exchange it.
