We bought a product called the silver bomber electric scooter from K-mart and bought the extended warranty. The scooter only stays charged for about 15 minutes. It is to stay charged for about 4 hours.
I have called the company and can only leave a message. They call back and say that it is a bad battery pack and they will ship one out. This has been going on since June. Now when you call their 800 number you can not even leave a message.
Kmart does not feel obligated to refund or fix the problem because it is a manufacturing problem considered a pre-existing condition.
The web address they print on their warranty does not exist.
