I received a shipment notification from DHL with shipment information. I waited a couple of days and then try to track package, unfortunately there it was no updated information as far as the shipment traveling towards my home. I contacted DHL and gave them the tracking #, they said that Syngress simply printed the shipping label but the package was never given to them for delivery.

Since then I emailed customer care on 3 different occasions with no reply. I called their customer care number and no one aswers but I left a message on 2 different occassions asking for un update of my 3 orders and politely asked them to at least keep me informed either via email or phone in case if the books were out of stock. I never received a reply.

I sent one more email stating that I was going to pursue a full refund throught legal matters if I did not hear from them but as of today still haven't hear from them. My credit card has been charged for $175.75 initially on May 16th the charged me for the last order twice so I email customer service right away and let them know about that and they refunded my account within 3 business days so I know they are getting my emails.

I file a complaint with BBB and that got the President's attention: He sent an email to BBB and cc me stating that he was going to give me a full refund and also he was going to send me the books for my troubles... Well that was on June 2th... I received only a refund for the first order ($110.35) I sent several emails to customer care and to Chris Williams (President) directly to let him know about the refunds but I never got a reply... I have sent many more emails to customer care and to [email protected] but I have been ingnored.

I called their local number but nobody answers the phone so I left several messages regarding at least a full refund and I told them I do Not care about the books anymore, I just want ALL my money back... They still owe me $65.45

I know it is not much but I am fighting this so no other customer goes through this ever again. This company has also been reported to the FTC and also my local Attorney General has been involved, business like this one should dissapear.
