On December 6 the United States Federal Trade Commission filed a lawsuit alleging deceptive marketing practices against Trek Alliance Inc. Et al. On December 9th the United States District Court issued a Temporary Restraining Order appointing a Temporary Receiver over the companies and froze the companies' assets.

Process commission checks
Conduct training seminars
Sign-up new Trek representatives
A hearing is scheduled in the United States District Court on December 23. Until that hearing, the business operations have been suspended.
