ACS fraudulent ripoff business

I was told that I would receive a credit card after a processing fee of 199.95. I was also told that I could call in canel within 30 days if i was not happy with the offer.

Each time I called I was given an excuse about why I had to wait for my money back. Finally I was told that I could not receive my money back unless I was given wrong information.
