I was having tires put on my car, and this other customer approached me asking if I wanted to buy something from her granddaughter's school for a fund raiser. I did, and wrote the woman a check. 2 months later it was cashed by the school and deposited into the PTO account. I never received anything that I paid for, and the school refuses to reimburse me stating that it's basically my responsibility to try and recoup the money from the woman. The check was endorsed by the school, not this woman, and there is no other signature on it to indicate otherwise. I just want my money back. Granted it's not a large amount of money but it's the principle of it. I really want someone to help me get this money that is due me.
