Horse Seller Very Dishonest. We had a signed contract. Horse failed vet check. Seller took money and left state

Jake Secor sold me a five year old palomino quarter horse on November 27. His ad stated 100% sound and sane.

We had a written agreement that I had one week to get the horse vet checked for soundness. If the horse failed I was to get my money back.

Saturday November 27 I picked up the horse and on Monday November 29 my vet did her exam. The horse failed the vet check and has Navicular.

Jake Secor was called. He put me off on the phone and said that he was in a meeting.

I called him back later and his cell phone was disconnected. I tried several attempts to reach him, calling his home number and emailing him. This man is a crook and I advise everyone to stay clear of him.

Jake Secor cashed my check on Tues November 30 and left town.
