It pays to have a lawyer read the fine print in a policy from this company. I admit, we were negligent, in not reading EVERYTHING, before we agreed to the terms, but we were told by the agent who sold the policy, that we were covered for everything.
After years of paying into the company, and having no claims, I was diagnosed with breast cancer, had surgery, and follow up chemo. Then was told we did not have the "Optional Chemo and Radiation Ryder".
In other words if you are diagnosed with cancer, you are on your own. They will not do anything to help you get the treatment you need.
