I was billed, but didn't order anything

I noticed on a Sept. 2007 credit card bill that my account was never credited for a bill I received from Marking Solutions for an order I never placed. I called them on August 27 & they said they would credit my account. Their toll-free number and regular phone numbers have been disconnected.
