Sent me a product i didnt order twice

About two weeks ago i recieved a pouch, i didnt order. The pouch didnt have a customer phone number are e-mail address. I didnt order anything from this company. Today is 4/5/08 and i recieved the same pouch again. Which i didnt order. This company wants $9.95 to cover return postage and handling for something i didnt order.
