This company charged me 1.99 for free CD, 1.00 the next day and then 8 days later charged my account 39.95. I called the security department of my credit/debit card and canceled my card. Was told to work it out with BSM/Grant Search Assistant as far getting my money back. Called Credit Union back and they are sending me paper work to file with them fraudulent charges made to the account. I was told they were trying to make another charge of 7.95 to my account again that had not come through on my account yet. Make sure you get the paper work from bank file the charges, block account, get new card and call the FTC. All we are trying to do is help our kids go to college and they are ripping us off.
