Keep stealing money-liars-will not cancel accounts 1715 s holbrook ln

Family, friends, and others joined Vemma with high expectations. Part of my upline DID NOT help as promised. Did not and could not get help from Vemma that did not cost a lot of money. Realized that Vemma was scamming me in many areas.

I called and canceled all accounts and followed up with emails to every Vemma email I could find. I tried to cancel with the online Vemmabuilder.com; and, Vemma.com. They said the account was canceled and closed. LIARS!

A month later they stole money out of my account. I repeated the process and they stopped one month, but next month they stole money and shipped the product again. I told my bank NOT to honor requests from Vemma because I have cancelled the account. Finally, got my personal account to end after Vemma ripped me off for $120.00, plus a lot of my time. I had to prove that I did cancel my accounts, while Vemma continues to rip people off and steal their money.

Now the cycle is the same for my son. Again, Vemma is persisting in stealing several more months from him. Just called today. Spoke with Lisa and then with a mean spirited, Irene. Poor customer service, too! Vemma insists they have no records of phone calls or emails from me. Does that mean I did not call or send emails? Or is it another example of how unorganized and dishonest Vemma really is? Shame on you Vemma! You get emails from me accept when it comes to canceling my accounts. All these complaints could not be coming from people with happy and satisfied experiences.

So, I printed out the emails and faxed to Vemma. When I get my phone bills, I am making copies and faxing them to Vemma too. Also sending copies to my bank.

Is there a CLASS ACTION LAW SUITE out there? Let me know. If not, we need one, now. We must STOP Vemma from stealing and from lying. This seems to be a practice with them.

WORDS TO THE WISE: Unless Vemma changes their methods, stop stealing money, refund moneys tolen, stop sending unwanted products after cancelation, provided quality customer service, improve customer service — I would advise NEVER sign up for Vemma and make sure you NEVER USE AUTOSHIP. Once locked in, Vemma does not want to let you out!
