I order a cd growing rich with goggle for a 1.99 fee i was charge 29.95 on my credit card and have been charged that for the past 3 months

I was emailed an ad and invited to join the goggle success team i used my credit card and order the cd for a $1.99 fee i have received nothing else i have been charge on my credit card the amount of 29.95 for the past 3 months i have tried to contact this company several times and the line is always busy they have no email address of which i am aware of i want all my monies returned to me now edward
