First I'd like to say (in a prior report), if "CreditCareDirect.com is not UDS, Inc., (according to a UDS ex-employee), then I sincerely apologize. I recently came across the folder that UDS sent to me. The address on that folder is 1014 Blanding Blvd., Ste #2 Orange Park, Florida 32065. Perpetrators of that Co. (at the time I was engaged with them), are: Shannon, Shelly, Chris Cannon/supervising Manager (ext 1342), also Anthony Michael / manager (ext 1343), Casandra (ext 1116), Russell Simmons (ext 1448) and Customer Service (ext 1200). Who's to say if any of these people listed are either (some), just employees or "proprietors". Today, I received a call from Ms. Selisa Beville. She is an investigator in the Economic Crimes Division with The Office Of The Attorney General @ The Capital, PL-01 Tallahassee, Florida 32399-1050. Her phone number is 850-414-3300. She said their office has most recently, just begun a case against UDS a little over a week ago. They are very aware of this informative "Rip-Off" site and are very interested to hear directly from you, concerning you and your experiences. If anyone desires, you can contact them at the above address and/or phone number. They want as much info that you can give them about your "deal" with UDS. I'll be sending them: copies of contract, cancellation contract, proof of faxes and letters with each fax transaction report, POA, client number, proof of mailing, bank statements with the UDS auto-debit transactions posted (some clients may have arranged to auto-debit their credit cards or pay by other means.in that case, provide your credit card statements or proof whatever payment arrangements you made with them). I also kept general records of dates and persons with whom I spoke and what I asked or discussed with UDS and also a copy of my "Notorized Cancellation letter". Some people may not have all that I collected and saved, but whatever you have will be helpful in shutting down this corrupt company. Well that's about it for now. Please, please jump on this "band wagon" and join the party. There's a ton of you out there. You can make a difference. Don't let UDS get away with vandalizing your life and the lives of countless others who might fall into their web of deceit. Remember, UDS premeditated to rob you while you were down and vulnerable. Let's give them what they deserve. Help put them out of business. The fraud they commited is both at the state and federal level of commission and crime.
