The salesman, Michael Coombs, promised to refund our money of $1,000 if we didn't get the 2000 hits to our website within the 6 month period. The 6 months was up on Oct. 23. I tried to contact Michael Coombs on several occasions and he won't return my call. I have been given the run around from MySpaceGuardian for months regarding this matter. I finally spoke with Charles Lloyd at 800.251.6634 ext. 110. Charles told me that his company has nothing to do with refunds for Client Placement Services. I found out that his company does tool bar construction for the company that Michael Coombs works for. We want to pursue this to the fullest extent of the law. Your help will be appreciated. We are a start up company and $1,000 is alot of money for us to loose.
According to blogs on the internet, this company has ripped off alot of people. The other phone number I have for them was from their corporate office, but it has been disconnected. 302-289-8922 was the number and 302-261-7085 was their fax which is also disconnected. Please help us in getting a resolution in this matter. Thank You!
