They withdrew $39.90 @ $1.95 on 2/4/08 from my bank account without authorization @ received nothing for my money, this is down right fraud

Passive Profits withdrew $39.90 @ $1.95 from my bank account on 2/4/08 without authorization. This is outright fraud and they should be prosecuted to the fullest extent. We should get together and file a class action law suit. Thanks
