I requested a guide (only 1) in one of the infomercials. They provided two (2) extra publications for "free" easily requested immediately. The cost for shipping the two publications was $9.95 EACH, i.E. The price of each book in my own evaluation. I mentioned no thanks, got the guide I requested and believed that was that. Six (6) weeks later while researching my bank record for that month, I came across two individual EFT costs, fourteen days aside for - $9.95 by ITV Strong.
The client service representative appeared completely confused this might occur! And was really prepared to return the "mistaken" costs. ITV seems to be clear by acknowledging the "mistake", publishing a site, telephone numbers, identifying professionals, however it required numerous calls and faxes to obtain the ball rolling. The cash hasn't yet been returned in my experience. Though, it is just been a few months. Humorous... They got the cash out fast enough!
