Working for hiringmax was not only a test of my fortitude, but a challenge to my integrity. Hiringmax aka NAASP aka Goals Unlimited are ALL owned by the same man, Fred Omidvar (or whatever name he is using this week). He switches suites in an attempt to avoid bill collectors and labor board subpeonas.
Hiringmax will hire you to work for the organization under the false hood of making a salary, he is not going to pay you and he will cheat you out of the money that is owed to you.
Fred is the head man, but he likes to throw Mike's name around the board. Mike is supposedly an investor, but you never see him or talk with him. Mike is not his real name either, I guess when you have a Persian name, you change it to your liking and don't legal do it.
Fred moves hiringmax from hotel to hotel, because he owes the hotels and avoids them by moving to another one.
He hires individuals promising them a salary and it is COMMISSION ONLY. The way the commission works, he figures out some way to cheat you and make you work for free and give you 20-50 bucks and that will be it.
He has 3 labor board complaints against him, and it was confirmed that he lost 1 of them already. All of his ideas changed with each passing wind and he seldomly gets anyone a job.
The companies that work with him is legitimate, but he proclaims all these numbers he will give them from recruiting and it never works out.
No one stays with him longterm, except for an ACCOUNTS MANAGER whom is lost in the dream of something happeninig one day.
DO not fall for his, this company will be like a MONSTER OR CAREERBUILDER someday. He will not make you a part of a company that has not made any money in years, at least not for the workers, just for FRED OMIDVAR.
Prior to this he was a car salesman and that is all he is about, CAR SALES, do not fall for his efforts to pursuade you in doing commission or sales.
He does not like you to take a lunch, he wants to know your every movement and he thought his outsourcing to the PHILLIPINES would work out, but he continues to cheat, steal and swindle people out of their money and will avoid you.
