I placed an order with this vendor (www.beyondspoiled.com) quite a while ago, and never received it. (Mainly dog supplies and such)
After e-mailing them, I still got no satisfaction. And whenever I called, all I got was voice mail and no replies.
I was very unhappy about this since it was to go to a friend for Christmas. I had placed my order a month early to make sure it would get there in time.
