Failure to ship or refund

I ordered 12 Vick Chew Toy items on Aug 6 at $7.99 $2.00 per item for "next day shipment". Numerous excuses, numerous false claims of updates later. And no goods ever shipped nor refund made. Company still advertises "Buy Now" on web site (at a higher price). Also getting run-around from PayPal.
