I am beyond upset with this company; after trying to contact them for the past YEAR about an order I placed last Halloween, I have decided to report them. I placed an order for Halloween last year and they were very prompt on taking my money, but then refused to send me the merchandise I ordered! After several months and numerous attempts later, they said they could issue credit or a refund. I was obviously not going to endure another mishap and expressed that I just wanted my money back.
Yeah, so, its been almost 8 months since they agreed to this and more than a year now since the original order was placed. Now they claim to have a new and improved customer service to handle any and all issues. I have sent them several emails as well and have yet to hear anything back. Its obvious now that I will never see the money I spent on Doxys website, so if anyone out there is thinking about filing a class-action suit against this company, let me know. They are clearly acting fraudulently and at this point the only action to take is legal action. Ill give them one thing though, they are smart about one thing they wait long enough after the purchase to keep you hanging on, because most banks will not help you dispute the charge after two months have already gone by!
