Charged my account for services I never received LAS VEGAS Nevada

I went on line to find a Gov. Grant. I logged on this link and realized that this link was not what I was looking for, so I logged off. I never got anything from them and now for the last two months my account has been charged $7.95 each for nothing. I never authorized them to charge anything to my account as the Gov grants are free.
