Ripoff my account with a bill of $48.79 for a long distance service and they are not my long distance company consumer fraud ripoff

AMR Ld Service Plan ripoff my account in August 2 and september 5 for the amount of $48.79 each month. I have problems whit my account for insuficient founds in other checks because they stole my money.
Now I have to pay the charge for insufients found in my bank and the company who returned my check back.
