Scam! They ignore phone calls and account updates so they can garnish wages

I submitted paperwork and received a loan from this company. I then changed banks. I called and advised the new banking information. IFC, ignored my calls and failed to update the new information. They then garnished my wages for 4 times the amount of the loan. I called after the wages were garnished, and have yet to receive a return phone call. They are SCAM ARTISTS and deliberately charge 4 times the amount they loan.
