Has taken $19.95 out of my 5/3 Bank Account with out my authorization, for something I know nothing about

U.S.A. Credit took money out of my account without my knowledge or permission.
I have been charged $19.95 for something I did not authorize nor submit to. I demand all money taken from my account by this company with an apology.
