Canceled membership have yet to get my money back no answer to phone calls or letters

This people dont answer phone calls and dont reply to registerd mail that i have sent regarding my cancellation of membership and return of my money this was cancelled on 6-20 today is 12-29 and i have yet to recive any money or any reply from this company they are rip off people taking advantage of small businesss they need to be stopped and sent to jail for their misdeeds to small business owners such as myself
