I, like so many others am looking for a job, a steady paycheck to keep my family and I from going under. And because I live in Michigan which is now the unemployment and homeless capitol of the United States, I am willing to take any work. So I am disgusted with the way this "company" Vector prays upon those of us who are truely just trying to make it. I was invited in for an "interview" which I was told nothing, none of my questions on benefits, what the job itself was were answered, but I was told the base salary would be over $17 an hour. For those of us looking for work in this area $17 an hour is a godsend. Well lucky me I had such an upbeat attitude I made it to a second interview.in which I was told I need reliable transportation, and I had to pay for my "materials". Basically I would have to drive myself and other "qualified individuals" (who for some reason didn't seem to have reliable transportation, including the receptionist) around to be a pusher of products that I myself don't know the quality of. I would need to sell first to get my money back, which was already substantial considering what I lost in gasoline alone. The $17 an hour is what you "should" be able to earn selling everyday. I was lied to face to face about my "base salary". I was lied to that this is a stable job. And every member of the office that assisted in trying to bring more people in to take their money srent assisting you in getting a job they were assisting this company in their lies and rip offs. Don't waste your time.
