Michael and Brian Gill, brothers, are the owners of Motion Billboards of Florida, Inc. A billboard truck company with two trucks that drive throughout Gainesville and Ocala.
Several companies have contracted with MBOF. They pay for either a Gainesville truck, an Ocala truck, or both, and for a specific amount of hours a day that the truck would drive around town.
However, Michael and Brian contracted with clients for all 4-sides of a Gainesville and an Ocala truck for 14-hours a day, Monday thru Friday, nightlight in Gainesville, and Saturdays in both Gainesville and Ocala, to start the first day of the month.
They breached their contracts by not having the Gainesville truck until the end of the month, not starting the Ocala truck until the second week of the month, not providing the nightlife in Gainesville, and only driving the trucks for 10-hours a day.
