Clicksmart/Profitfuel directs it's employees to inform prospective customers that they are calling on behalf of Yahoo and does not correct employees who tell prospective customers they are calling from Yahoo.

Profitfuel sells internet advertising in the form of online directories and provides it's sales force with scripts which state that Clicksmart will appear on the first page at the top of 44 major search engines. When a new directory is opened the sales force is directed to call into specific metropolitan areas and give prospective customers online tours which show Clicksmart being at the top of these search engines (google, yahoo. Ask.com, etc).
The catch - once a directory is sold Profitfuel will no longer continue to pay per click to be at the top of the search engines and therefore will no longer appear on the search engines.
